What is Intentional Self-care?

Intentional self-care is taking the time to check-in with yourself physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually to ensure that you are healthy and functioning at your best. It’s an essential component to our every day and can cause us to reap great benefits when practiced on a consistent basis.
