Wellness Plan Overview

Our holistic health and wellness coaching program is designed to help you achieve optimal health and wellbeing. Over the course of three months, we will work together to develop a personalized wellness plan that addresses your unique needs. Our coaching sessions include one-on-one consultations, nutritional guidance, stress management techniques, and more. We will work closely with you every step of the way to ensure that you achieve your desired outcomes.

Coaching Session

Coaching session will be one hour long and will occur every other week. During these sessions we will discuss what it is that you’d like to accomplish, how you plan to achieve them and identify any barriers prohibiting you from progressing. It is your wellness journey, not mine. You get to choose what is important to you, if and when you feel like making changes, and how to best achieve those changes.

Email and Chat Support

Providing more support on your wellness journey, offering and answering additional questions when it comes to nutrition, fitness, your health and well-being outside of our 1 hour sessions.

Refrigerator Revamp

What are eating every day? Let’s take a look. We’re all familiar with the phrase “You are what you eat” and that couldn’t be more true. I’m going to help you eliminate empty calorie foods and replace them with foods essential to the holistic experience.

Meal Planning

Based off of your Nutrition & Food inventory form, I’ll be able to asses what’s in your diet what is lacking and what should be eliminated. I will in no way force any type of diet onto you. As a holistic nutritionist, it is within my specialty to help you discover and sustain healthy habits and empower you to achieve optimal health through food.


Based off the lifestyle goals we’ll outline, it is my job to assist in educating and providing you information in those specific areas and best practices for ways to achieve changes. I will support you in moving from a stage of contemplating changes to taking action and maintaining behaviors.

Life Journaling and Meditation

One of the most liked parts of the wellness program. Journaling and meditation are essential parts to this process and to our everyday. Meditation helps calm and clear those continuous thoughts from your mind so that you can allow time for your mind to be at peace and to set your intentions. It increases patience, reduces negative emotions along with focusing on the present.Journaling allows you to keep your thoughts organized, relieves stress, induces creativity and allows for self-reflection. I believe that you can’t share everything with everyone, but you can write it down and release it from your mind.
