WHAT IS HOLISTIC HEALTH COACHING?

The simplest way to put it is that it’s about caring for the whole person — providing for your physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs. The coaching aspect is a supportive process to establish food, nutrition and physical activity priorities, goals and individualized action plans that acknowledge and foster responsibility for the process of guiding a client toward a healthy nutritional lifestyle by meeting nutritional needs and solving problems that are barriers to change.
