The coaching aspect is a supportive process to establish food, nutrition and physical activity priorities, goals and individualized action plans that acknowledge and foster responsibility for the process of guiding a client toward a healthy nutritional lifestyle by meeting nutritional needs and solving problems that are barriers to change.
